ComboDermapen 4 in Thessaloniki
Dermapen 4 is a microneedling device that, through controlled micro-injuries, activates your own collagen and elastin. It gradually improves acne scars, fine lines, enlarged pores, spots and skin texture, alone or with exosomes and LED, with plastic-surgeon protocols.

What is it and how does it work?
Dermapen 4 is an automated microneedling pen with 16 microneedles and adjustable depth. The needles open thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin without injuring it over a wide area: the body responds with repair, producing new collagen and elastin that gradually smooth scars, lines and pores [1] [2]. The same channels let serums and exosomes reach deeper than simple application would. Compared with lasers, microneedling does not rely on heat, which makes it safe on all skin types, including darker skin, with a lower risk of pigment changes [1]. We chose it because it rebuilds the skin with its own materials, with minimal downtime, and combines with exosomes and LED light therapy in a complete rejuvenation plan [3].
Treatment areas
- Acne scars: atrophic scars (ice pick, boxcar, rolling) on cheeks and temples
- Fine lines: eyes, forehead, around the mouth
- Spots and hyperpigmentation: uneven tone
- Enlarged pores and uneven texture
- Neck and décolleté: texture and fine wrinkles
- Body: stretch marks (4–6 sessions, every 6 weeks)
Is it right for me?
Dermapen 4 suits anyone who wants to improve skin texture: acne scars, fine lines, spots, pores or stretch marks. It is suitable for all skin types and tones and for adults of any age. The result builds gradually, so it suits people who can follow a programme of 3–6 sessions. It is not a solution for active acne (we settle the acne first) or for marked laxity, where we suggest Volnewmer.
How does a session go?
- Cleansing and, if you want it, numbing cream for 20–30 minutes
- Treatment with the Dermapen 4 pen: 16 microneedles, with depth adjusted per area
- Serum or exosomes applied over the open micro-channels, for deeper absorption
- Soothing mask or LED light therapy for faster recovery
- Home-care instructions and sunscreen before you leave
When we postpone
- Active acne or inflammation in the area
- Cold sores or another skin infection
- Oral acne medication in the last months
- Tendency to keloid (raised) scars
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Clotting disorders or blood thinners: check with your doctor first
After the treatment
The skin is pink for a few hours up to 24 hours, like after mild sun. No make-up for 24 hours; avoid sun, sauna and intense exercise for 48 hours. Daily high-factor sunscreen and gentle moisturiser, with no exfoliants or retinol for a few days. With exosomes we also give you a second home-care stage.
What to expect: before and after
For the first 24 hours the skin is pink, and the next day almost normal. The first visible change, smoother texture and more glow, shows 2–3 weeks after the first session. Scars, fine lines and pores improve gradually from session to session, and the full result of the programme shows 2–3 months after the last one, as the new collagen matures. The improvement in texture is lasting; maintenance 1–2 times a year keeps it. Before-and-after photos are shown at the assessment, with the consent of the people who shared them.
Are there side effects?
The usual reactions are redness, slight swelling and a feeling of tightness for 1–2 days; less often tiny pinpoint marks that fade in a few days. Infection or hyperpigmentation are rare when the indications, sterility (single-use cartridge) and sun protection are respected [1] [2]. If you see pus, marked pain or a rash, call us the same day.
What does the cost depend on?
The cost depends on the area (face, neck, décolleté, body), on whether exosomes or LED are added, and on the number of sessions in the programme. Add Dermapen 4 to your plan and the personalised proposal, with prices, comes to you on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
Does it hurt?
With numbing cream you feel only a light prickle and warmth. Without cream the sensation is tolerable in most areas.
How many sessions are needed?
Usually 3–6, every 4–6 weeks. Acne scars and stretch marks usually need more, because the remodelling is deeper.
Can I go out afterwards?
Yes. The skin is pink for a few hours, like after mild sun, and almost normal the next day.
What are exosomes and when do we add them?
They are tiny vesicles carrying signalling molecules that boost skin repair. We add them when we want stronger rejuvenation, on tired or photo-aged skin; Dermapen helps them reach deeper.
How is it different from Hydrafacial?
Hydrafacial cleanses and gives immediate glow; Dermapen rebuilds the skin gradually. Together they are the Facial Glow combination.
Is it suitable for dark skin?
Yes. Because it does not rely on heat, microneedling carries a lower risk of pigment changes than lasers and is done on all skin tones.
Dermapen or Intracel?
Dermapen 4 is the first choice for texture, fine lines and mild scars, with almost no downtime. Intracel adds radiofrequency inside the skin and is stronger for deep scars, pores and laxity, with 3–5 days of redness.
Can I have it in summer?
Yes, with strict sunscreen and no sun for 48 hours after the session. For people who get a lot of sun we prefer autumn to spring.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the area and serums. Add Dermapen 4 to your plan and the proposal with prices comes to you on WhatsApp, with no obligation.
