DeviceEnlarged pores and oily skin
Pores look larger when they fill with sebum and dead cells; regular deep cleansing (Hydrafacial) and collagen stimulation (Dermapen 4, Intracel) make them less visible and reduce shine, for men too.

What is it and why does it appear?
Every pore is the opening of a sebaceous gland. When the gland produces too much sebum, from genes, hormones, stress or the wrong products, the pore fills, oxidises at the surface and becomes a blackhead, or closes and becomes a whitehead. The content stretches it and makes it visible. Over the years the collagen around the pore loosens and the pore looks even larger, even when clean. Pores do not 'open' and 'close' with hot or cold water; they do become less visible when they are empty and the skin around them firm. That is what our treatments do: the Hydrafacial suction empties the pores without pressure or irritation, microneedling and Intracel tighten the collagen around them and reduce gland activity [1].
How we treat it
For oiliness and blackheads, regular Hydrafacial. For pores that stay visible even when clean, Dermapen 4 or, in the most marked cases, Intracel. For men, the Men's Clear Skin protocol. Carboxytherapy helps with oiliness and back acne.
Recommended signature combo

What to expect
Before and after: after Hydrafacial the pores are clean and the skin matte for 2–3 weeks; with regular sessions blackheads return less. With Dermapen 4 or Intracel the texture becomes smoother and the pores less visible 2–3 months after the programme, with a lasting result.
Tips
- Gentle cleansing twice a day, no more
- Non-comedogenic products and sunscreen
- Salicylic acid or retinol at night, gradually
- Do not squeeze blackheads; leave it to the suction
