What is it and how does it work?

EMSculpt Neo delivers two energies at once. The high-intensity focused electromagnetic field (HIFEM) causes supramaximal muscle contractions that cannot be achieved voluntarily: the muscle is forced to adapt, increasing the size and number of its fibres ^{[1] [2]}. The radiofrequency heats the muscle and the subcutaneous fat at the same time; the heating prepares the muscle, like a warm-up at the gym, and triggers apoptosis in the fat cells, their natural clearance over the following weeks ^{[2] [3]}. Is it right for me?

EMSculpt Neo suits men and women who exercise or have a normal weight but want more toning and less local fat in one area, and those who cannot train intensively, for example after pregnancy. How does a session go?

1. We choose the area together and plan the protocol (usually 4 sessions)
