ComboLPG Endermologie (Alliance) in Thessaloniki
LPG Alliance is mechanical tissue stimulation (endermologie) with rollers, a flap and rhythmic suction, which smooths cellulite, reduces fluid retention and tightens the skin, on face and body. It is a 30-year-old technology, 100% natural and not at all aggressive, and the Cellu M6 has dedicated recovery programmes after surgery and pregnancy.

What is it and how does it work?
Endermologie is mechanical stimulation of the skin and the tissue beneath it. The Cellu M6 Alliance head combines two independent motors (a roller and a flap) with rhythmic suction: the skin is gently folded and the fold is massaged in depth, without pain. The stimulation activates fibroblasts, the cells that produce collagen, elastin and the skin's natural hydrating components, mobilises 'trapped' fat and speeds up lymphatic and blood circulation [1] [2]. On cellulite, studies show an improvement in appearance and a reduction in circumference, greater in the soft and oedematous forms, with a result that is kept up with maintenance [2] [3]. On the face, the smaller, electronically controlled flaps tone and decongest, with a difference from the first session. We chose it because it is our gentlest technology, 100% natural, and because it has approved recovery programmes after liposuction, abdominoplasty and facelift, which we use in Beyond Surgery.
Treatment areas
- Thighs and buttocks: cellulite and fluid retention
- Abdomen: laxity and 'firming' after pregnancy or surgery
- Thighs, buttocks and abdomen together: full-body programme
- Upper arms and back
- Heavy, swollen legs: decongestion
- Face, neck and décolleté: toning, decongestion and glow
- After liposuction, abdominoplasty or facelift: dedicated recovery programmes, once your surgeon allows
Is it right for me?
LPG Alliance suits cellulite (mainly soft and oedematous), fluid retention and heavy legs, mild laxity, and anyone who wants a gentle, natural treatment with no heat and no downtime. It is the first choice for recovery after liposuction, abdominoplasty, facelift and pregnancy. For hard, fibrous cellulite we combine it with Venus Legacy and carboxytherapy (Cellulite Erase). Before treatment, the plastic surgeon reviews your history.
How does a session go?
- You wear the LPG body suit, which lets the head glide and protects the skin
- We choose the programme: cellulite, firming, decongestion or recovery
- The head with rollers and suction works each area in a set direction, towards the lymph nodes
- On the face a smaller head with flaps is used, without the suit
- After 30–40 minutes you go straight back to your day, often with lighter-feeling legs
When we postpone
- Thrombosis or phlebitis, active or recent
- Active infection, wound or rash in the area
- Pregnancy (for the abdomen)
- After surgery, without your surgeon's approval
- Active cancer or chemotherapy: check with your treating doctor first
- Blood thinners or easy bruising: we adjust the intensity
After the treatment
No downtime. Drink more water on the day of the session, to help lymphatic clearance. Rarely there is slight redness or sensitivity, which settles in a few hours. The programme works with frequency: two sessions a week on the body give the best result.
What to expect: before and after
Before and after: from the first session the legs feel lighter and the face looks more rested. On the body the visible difference in cellulite and circumference shows from the 3rd–6th session and builds up to 15–20. The result lasts about a year, with maintenance of 1–2 sessions a month. After surgery, swelling settles faster and the skin adapts more smoothly. Water, movement and a stable weight boost the result.
Are there side effects?
Endermologie is among the safest treatments: the only usual reactions are passing redness and, on sensitive skin or with blood thinners, small bruises from the suction [2]. In recovery after surgery, the programme starts only with your surgeon's approval and at low intensity.
What does the cost depend on?
The cost depends on the areas, the programme (body, face, recovery) and the number of sessions. Add LPG to your plan and the personalised proposal, with prices, comes to you on WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions
Does it hurt?
No. It feels like a firm massage; the suction intensity is adjusted to your sensitivity.
How many sessions are needed?
For cellulite usually 15–20, twice a week. On the face the difference shows from the first session and the programme is 6–10 sessions.
When can I start after surgery?
When your surgeon allows it, usually a few weeks after liposuction or abdominoplasty. See the Beyond Surgery programme.
Does it help lipoedema?
It relieves the swelling and fluid retention. Lipoedema itself needs medical assessment by Dr Papaioannou, who specialises in it.
How long does the result last?
After about 15 sessions, about a year, with maintenance of 1–2 sessions a month or a short programme once a year.
What is the difference from Venus Legacy?
LPG works mechanically, without heat, and is ideal for fluid retention and soft cellulite; Venus Legacy heats the tissue for tightening. Together, with carboxytherapy, they are Cellulite Erase.
Are there packages or offers?
Yes: LPG works as a programme, so the proposal you receive is always a package of sessions with a better per-session price. Add it to your plan and you will see it on WhatsApp.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the areas and programme. Add LPG to your plan and the proposal with prices comes to you on WhatsApp, with no obligation.
